What are the benefits of membership for Affiliates?
As an Affiliate Member, foodservice operators, distributors and group purchasing organizations will receive the Institute’s electronic publications:
- Council Communications – a semi-annual newsletter relating to the activities of the Foodservice Packaging Advisory Council (see below).
- Executive Briefs – a bi-weekly newsletter that reports, in a concise format, the latest foodservice industry news, facts and trends and regulatory updates from North American and beyond.
- Packaging Innovations & Insights – a quarterly newsletter that highlights new foodservice packaging products that have entered the market place and issues of interest to the foodservice industry.
- Single Service News – a semi-annual newsletter that provides FPI members with a recap of FPI meetings, information on industry news and FPI activities.
Affiliate members will be invited to the Institute’s semi-annual meetings, and may attend all open sessions.
Affiliate members may participate in the activities of, and are eligible for nomination to, the Foodservice Packaging Advisory Council, made up of foodservice operators, distributors and group purchasing organizations. The council serves as a discussion forum to address foodservice packaging and packaging issues. The Council meets annually at the Institute’s Spring Meeting, and holds several conference calls during the year.
What does it cost to be an Affiliate member?
Affiliate members [foodservice operators, distributors or group purchasing organizations] are not required to pay dues.
